I Have Overnet Lite...should I Switch To 0.53?

I have Overnet Lite....should i switch to 0.53??? Does 0.53 have adware/spyware?? I heard that you prevent installin adaware and spyware in the installation by uncheckin an option. Is this true?? Thanks in advance.
