Unable To Download Software

I have KLite version 2.4.3 build 1 - since I have installed it I have never been able to download software.

If I search for any software no results are returned -

I have checked the filter and there does not appear to be anything there that is blocking the download.

Someone help please

Make sure you have "filter files that could possibly contain viruses" unchecked. ;)

Hvae you tried closing KL down and reopening after changing it.
