Help Please

everytime i try to open unreal it doesnt open. its opens the splash screen then says that send dont send error i tried cracking the game it doesnt work why wont the game open i really ne help please someone help.

What makes you think its a hardware problem?

try updating video drivers, chipset drivers, get all updates from windowsupdate.com, reinstall teh game, redownload a better copy...

I will move it there once it is determined not to be a hardware problem. We need more info like is that the only problem with the computer?
