Help Needed

Hey guys, i really hope someone can help me

It appears that all the settings for my programs (well ive only really came across avg and messenger plus) and all my settings have been defaulted it seems. I also cannot conenct to MSN Messenger. Im using XP and internet is working fine

Please help me sum1!

All the settings have been resetted and i cant sign into msn messenger. Thats what i meant
