try ASV videoconverter 3.1. Does everything, RM, avi, mpeg, dvd, wmv, can select codecs, bit rate etc etc

as been said, tinra works best for that. it should work as long as you use the stabalizer with it. I had problems with the gui so I found it more effective to use the commandline.
