Opening An Application File/?

How can I open an application file?

I downloaded Nero 6.3.1.6 Enterprise edition with Keygen and it came as a WinRAR file.

I have the WinRAR program but can’t seem to extract the file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Right click the file m8..choose extract "filename"
