i dont think it is over priced, but that is inly because it can hold 64 gb of ram. Imagine running every vidoe gam off of ram it would be so fast. The screen savers did that with Quake 3 and it took them about 4 second to load everything.

What more can you expect - its a rack server.

I saw a rack the other day - it uses the Xeon MP (4x 2.8GHz) @ ~£16k

yeah...4 2.8Ghz Xeons seems decent lol...PIII Cpus...bullshit lol..64gigs of ram is alot..but it dont COME with that lol...it is way overpriced still.

support of more than 1 GB is prolly useless as a PC............ 1 GB is the most most ppl can afford right now, and in a couple of years when ppl start putting 2GB into their comps, we&#39;ll prolly have a new mobo standard anyway, so amounts over 1-2 GB is still useless.................

if any of you guys really want an overpriced comp, id be willing 2 sell my old comp (running @ 200MHz, 64 MB ram, 2.5 GB HDD) for about 1000 euros (hey, its an antique)
