Has This Happened To You?

I downloaded You Raise Me Up, by Josh Groban. No matter who I get the file from, the song keeps starting over after about 8 seconds. I have deleted and downloaded over and over and the same thing always happens.

Any clues from anyone?

I downloaded an audio file, played it, and after 8 seconds it restarted from the beginning I have deleted this file and downloaded several times from different sources, and the same thing keeps happening. Anyone ever hear of this problem?
