Anyone able to point out the best sites/forums for meh to visit?

what are you trying to do

Mainly edit my current videos .. take a downloaded film as an example. I want to be able to:

* Choose a selection of frames and delete
* Chose a frame to have as the start frame
* Export as an .avi at a smaller file size
* Take a selection of frames and slap it into another video file

Just the usual it seems :unsure:
