College dropout is the best album I've ever bought and have placed it above all my Shady Records albums as my firm favourite.

Definately the album of the year. "Rhinestone Cowboy" is brilliant.

Kanye West "College Dropout" is alright but too commercial.

Bad Religion... "The Empire Strikes First" just plain pwns. Can't really even think of what came out this year, but there's a very good chance, that, even if I could, BR would come up 1st by far.

Badass heavy metal band went from writing about dark fantasy to things in world history, though mostly American, and havent lost any of their bad-ass potency. B) Plus theres the 32 minute epic about the battle of gettysburg, backed by a full orchestra and choir. :)
