Dsl Dialer

I need a good dialer for DSL broadband. Can not find any download link in Raspppoe or Winpoet website. Using the default XP dialer surprisingly makes bittorrent download extremely slow. Dont know why. My ISP gave me a softy called Netmanp pro but I really dont like like it.
