How can i add a image within an image so that the image that i put in is transpant?

Yep, layers.
Open the two files and select what you cant to copy from one image and paste it onto the other image. It will automatically create another layer for you. Then go to the layer window (it's in the lower right by default) and drag the opacity bar to the approriate position.
