it's free for as far as i know, but it's old and from dos, try to search with google.com and you'll defently find something.

Not sure about super, but if you are looking for a solid all-around Uharc program; you might want to take a look at Power Archiver. I prefer it over WinRar and Ace.

i'll change my question what compression program out there has the highest compression ratio, like the ones you see in rips
