Mpeg-2 Decoder

Hi,

I tried playing a movie I'd downloaded and a message told me that I needed "a Microsoft directshow compatible mpeg-2 decoder".

My computer's pretty up to date with codecs usually so this came as a bit of a surprise to me.

Can anyone please recommend me a pack which includes this.
