I live in San Antonio, Texas, but my home team is St. Louis, so I don't see a lot of baseball on TV.

At MLB.com, I purchased a month of games and can watch ANY baseball game I want. Currently, as I type this, I am watching the Cards and Phils play live.

My stream is 350k and the resolution using a the small window is good enough to call balls and strikes and follow the ball when hit.

Not bad.

And no, I have no monetary interest in this.

Damn, you pay for baseball? :frusty: :frusty: :P

Pretty good idea though seeing that not that many want it on cable.

I wish they did that for a lesser charge with summer basketball or overseas basketball.

It looks like if you just get MSN Premium for $10 a month, MLB TV is included.

Today, I got to watch the Cards and Phillies at work. Just let it play in a small window and did my work at the same time. I still think it worth it.

Busy, I may just get MSN premium for that reason. In addition, if I get a "real" E-mail account, I can join General Mayhem. They won't let me join with free Yahoo and Hotmail accounts because of "security reasons".

Now that's an excellent perk.

One problem that I have with baseball besides the game being boring is that the games are on when I'm working.

Not good for ratings or just plain being able to watch it. <_<

Yeah, MLB.com is excellent, you get to watch any game and it is especially good if you live on the East Coast and want to watch West Coast games like me. I like to watch the Giants in particular.

I get MSN Premium free with Verizon DSL so it is not costing me anything to try it, which is cool.

What's so good about baseball?? It's full of guys that earn too much money for scratching their balls all day.
