What advantages do the illeagle bios have that the leagle bios don't?

By legal I assume you mean microsoft's bios.
A hacked/custom bios will allow you to run unsigned code such as homebrew apps/games, downloaded games and back-up copies.
You can also change the colour of the eject light led, run games from the hard drive, large hard drive support and run linux.
