I also have this problem. It should work as it has been verified. I read something on the EA support site about nvidia drivers causing problems when installing but i've tried different ones on my xp machine and still get the message.

Someone must have found a cure for this???

Found that if you burn to CD with the cue file it works. I guess it looks for the file on the CD only.
