ok so your looking for "Hot Babes" on Google image search

you get some images-Not Hot

You then to Turn Off the adult filter - you get more =http://images.google.com/images?as_q=hot+babes &svnum=10&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&imgsz=&as_filetype=&imgc=&as_sitesearch=&safe=off


Now if you goto the end of all the last pages you get the blue text saying
repeat the search with the omitted results included.
you clik that &
you get get alot more

this is the resulting adress
-http://images.google.com/images?q=hot+babes&svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&filter=0

so if you copy the last adress and edit the hot+babes text to anything you want
you avoid the hassle
