I change something without knowing while I was in FrontPage. And now when I click on a link on my website, it opens in a new window. How can I change this?

you can post ur code up here and ill look at it and tell ya, or in your a href links there will be a target section, take that out if you dont want in in a new window.

Im not using code. Im using FrontPage, WYSIWYG.

You can post you code from front page. Click on the "code" tab in the bottom left hand corner and copy and paste the code from there. Alternativly just put a link to you site and people can view the code there.

i cant see any wrong <a> tags, by any chance, you arent using Firefox? cos i know i had this prob, till i realised id set up one of the extensions wrongly

Im using IE. It only does this to my site, not to all sites.

Ill click one of the links and it will pop-up in a new window. Then if I click another one, it will stay in the window that just opened.

You sure your browser isnt cache&#39;ing the old page ?

Press F5 a few times and remove your internet files.

It works fine in my browser if I take the code I said to take out.

Cache-Refresh is Ctrl + R :)
Ctrl + F5 also does it (even with webstamp) but in IE only.

None of those work. I tried viewing the page with Firfox and it still does it.

Can you guys go here (http://home.comcast.net/~klb59642004/index.html) and tell me if it does it for you?

First of all, your home is linked to index.htm but your home is really index.html. So fix that.

And no it isnt working because you haven&#39;t taken off this line

&#60;BASE target=main&#62;

I still see it in your code. Its above </head>

either change main to "_self" or just delete it. Try putting "_self" with quotes.

Seems to have worked this time. I guess when I hit the publish button it didnt update. :blink: (feel kinda stupid :lol:)

Sometimes when I am download with bt, my connection will top out and I dont connect to the server properly. Stupid pos. :rolleyes:
