look at the fan on the second one. looks like it's about as tall as it is wide :unsure:

The 2nd one looks like its got a Tornado for a fan.

Note that the first one isn't a CPU cooler. Its a northbridge cooler.

34dBA for a Northbridge cooler? You have got to be joking.

And a measured 76dBA for the CPU cooler? I think I'll save my money.
