Change Drives From Mater To Slave

i need to change my dvd-rw from slave to master is this easy is this to do, i am doing this because when try to burn dvd`s i get a power calibration error. i have a atapi 4xdvd-rw. but first how do i check to see what one is master and slave thanks.

its on the back of the DVD drive. it should say how to change it too on the drive :)

If you don't know how to do it read the dvdrw manual they will tell you specifically what to do.

I don't see how its going to do anything for your "power calibration error".

Master/Slave selection is just a matter of jumper position:

its just on the nero web site it say that the drive might not be getting enough power, plus i`ve sent my computer back to time with the same prob and they put in a new dvd-rw so i thought that might be the prob.
