First look at this
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/Sea...-4030&CatId=792 (http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=705441&Sku=V13-4030&CatId=792)

is it a nice heatsink?

Second is it possible to buy from Tiger Direct with, NO bank account, NO credit card, NO nothing just cold hard cash. So what would I do would i get some cash and convert it into a money order or something? Do you have to be over 18 to buy form the net?

If you apply some thermal compound do you have to apply it again later on in a couple of months?

I don't see the big advantage of that sink compared with the OEM AMD sink....certainly not enough to justify the price.
If you are going to venture from the stock part there are far better units you could try, unfortunately the price point of good HSFs seems to be $50 and up....
