My PC it turned off because the power went out, then when I turned on It appears the light blue screen Trying to recover bad files but they were erased some of them were DLL, Now I'm having trouble with my Windows XP and my Internet Explorer.....

How to fix it? How do i know which importants dll are missing? any tools? online checker?

P.D

I don't have System Restore On
Windows Update website it won't work (white screen)

Click Start, then Run, enter sfc /scannow in the box and click OK.
You may be asked to insert your WinXP CD, and I think you'll need to download all Windows updates, but that should fix any missing or corrupted system files.

do what chewieuk said, if that doesnt work u could try system restore if its enabled, or do a repair install.

if you find your only missing one or two try here dll downloads (http://www.5starsupport.com/info/dll.htm) I used it once for an odd file that went missing..

Thanks all for ur help! i had to reinstall XP because the damaged file weren't only dll they also were .sys .exe and .dll from system32/dllcache
