Passing A Ping Stealth Test

I have passed all tests at this (https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2) site but I still fail the pinging test. My computer still responds to pinging and I would like to find out how to prevent this.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Just a minor change to my firewall. Took me forever to figure it out though :lol:

But here is another question.

I am passing with flying colors. Now when I take the test through a vpn connection with my proxy the proxy fails miserably. Does this mean I am vulnerable now? Or do my normal firewall rules still apply to me. I am worried that all this tweaking is for nothing when using my proxy.
