why are you so worried? with all those programs there probably isnt anything running, but just to make sure:

start>run>msconfig>startup>make sure there is nothing suspicious there...

then go to network connections through control panel, and make sure there are no dialup connections set up (other than ur isp connection if u use dialup)

i am on adsl and there arent any other dial up connections

the reason i am being so paranoid is that little things keep changing on my computer and i dont know why. Its hard to explain what though [/b][/quote]
ok, i just said to make sure there are no other ocnnections, because usually dialers are shown in the nnetwork connections folder as a dial up networking conection...so u might wanna check to make sure...but ofcourse if you dont even have a modem then this is irrelevent...

what kinds of things are changing?

with all the anti-spy apps you have running you are well covered.
the only thing they wouldnt detect that could possibly change your config is this:
