You need to extract the .bin and .cue files from the rars..using winrar..Then if you want to extract the mpg from the .bin then use IsoBuster..

the nfo is just a notepad telling you who the movie was released by and the Sfv is the file that tells you how many rars are in the movie and if it is complete.
