How To Add Folder To The Left Of An "open" Window

How do you add a folder to the left side of an "open" window.

For instance, you go to file-open in photoshop and I want my "photos" folder to be available on the left.

Use Tweak UI (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp) to change the buttons.

i been wondering the same thing, I also have TweakUI with the powertoys, but where is that option in there, I cant seem to find it.
