Avg free VS Avast free

Which is better can some one give me their opinion?

of those two i prefer avg, i hate the avast interface. but im currently running nod32 on my computer, which i download from bittorrent. works fine, its teh pay version but you dont need a serial or anything so youll be fine with it.

I have experience with both. Avast! is better in every way.

I can say I have used AVG,it lasted about 10 minutes on wifey's computer and then she got Symantec corprate 8.11 and it is soooooo much better.I use it also.I will probably never usae anything else.
As for Avast,I can't really give an impression about it as I have never tried it.

Check this review (http://www.anti-virus-software-review.com/) out. AVG (pro version) came in at number 3 and Avast at number 11.

Sorry Cyril. That site is bogus & sponsored. Look Kaspersky (KAV) isn't even listed.
