Look at the downloaded/requested value for windows xp.
70KB left - that's about 5 seconds' worth!

It's been like this for a day now.
I'm going to go mental!

Have you allready got it Lamsey?

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 02:47 PM
Don't you already have Windows XP Corporate without the service pack 1 ?

If that's the case, just download the Service Pack 1 from Microsoft directly.

You can then make your own bootable "slipstreamed" SP1 integrated CD.

There are guides on how to do that on the web. Just Google for it.

thats probably bummer.............. :P

but just wait mybe it will come around

Lamsey

I still don't have it yet (still 70kB left), and I don't already have a copy of xp corporate. :( :( :(

Lamsey

YAAAAAAAAAY!
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/stacymouse/xpdone.jpg

I converted this to ISO and it went from 600MB down to 500MB. Is this normal?

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 10:27 PM
What was its original filetype?

Lamsey
03-16-2003, 10:30 PM
.bin

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 11:12 PM
Don't extract it. Just get the .cue file of the same name. Do you have Nero in your PC? If not get it. If so then just double click the .cue file to launch the burn.

If you do it that way your CD will be bootable too.

Lamsey
03-16-2003, 11:13 PM
can't find the .cue :(

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 11:25 PM
I don't know what else to say but search for it and if you can't find it then try this: Making a cue file (http://www.google.ca/search?q=Making+a+cue+file&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&meta=)
I have never made one but it looks quite simple.

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 11:42 PM
I found one one source Kazaa. More sources needed. I will look on eMule too. If I get any results I will tell you.

Could you tell me the complete filename to be sure I get the right thing?

Nobody1234
03-16-2003, 11:54 PM
I found one and it downloaded. But I am not sure it is the exact same filename.

FILE "Microsoft_Windows_XP_Corp_SP1_Integrated.Reformation.ShareReactor.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

Copy this code into Notepad and save it as: Microsoft_Windows_XP_Corp_SP1_Integrated.Reformation.ShareReactor.CUE

Note: If the filename is not the same as yours then I think you can substitute your filename. You will have to change the information in the .cue as well as its filename.
