Those are Nero images.

why are they that they were iso`s before

Its pretty much the same thing. Its just when you double-click it, Nero will open it up. If you want to change that, right-click the image. Then click properties. Then where it says Open With, click change. Select the image device you want. (i.e. IsoBuster)
