Does anyone know, possibly, what program this picture was made with? (Sorry I've resized it since it was very big.) A friend of mine sent it to me, and I would like to recreate it, but differently. Thanks for any help. :)

maybe photoshop for the texture on the spheres?

The sky and floor looks perspective stretched (not Bryce) could be done by photoshop.
the floor is a yellowfied sky (inverted) so definetly photoshop
also try FormZ
or any other 3D proggy for doing the spheres
the guy forgot to add "shadows" under the smilies for the finishing touch ( amateur)
