That sounds near impossible because it's not on a seperate stream or anything. It's embedded into the file. But if there were some kind of plug-in for VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/), it will probably be on Neuron2.net (http://neuron2.net/). This filter (http://neuron2.net/delogo132/delogo.html) allows the removal of static logos. Maybe you can search for something along those lines.
