My eyes are as weary as my soul. Does anyone have any suggestions, recommendations or general advice?

I have been medicated, educated and have even masturbated to exhaustion,
yet I remain sleepless.

Any ideas?

Peace brotherdoobie

when you try to go to sleep, how long do u lay in bed? do you read or watch tv in bed?

if you lay in bed for 30 minutes and are still awake you should get up for 15-20... and also readin n watchin tv if you do it should be cut out..... so you can start associating it with sleep again....

other than that I dunno. but definitely dont stay in bed if ur up.... it only makes it worse.

Some sleeping tips:

1) Lay off the drugs! They'll be stopping u getting to sleep

2)Drink hot chocolate before u go to bed

3) If you've got a clock in your bedroom count every second tick and just let your mind slow down. Then u should find it easier to get to sleep.

Hope that helps :)

I have been an insomniac since the age of 15.
I suppose it's hopeless.

Sometimes it's rather enjoyable....In a deranged, mad kind of way.
Except my body isn't always up to the task.

Peace brotherdoobie
