Should Filesharingtalk Move From Ib To Vbulletin?

Hello all,

Who I am, and what my contribution to this site will be evident shortly.

For now, I ask, what do you think?

Indeed, Invision Board is a great piece of software. However, vBulletin is the commercial (paid) bulletin board solution used by a large majority of forums. Additionally, I feel the overall appeal/aesthetic the vB will provide - Is much more professional than that of Invision board.

Please let me know your thoughts, as this will determine whether or not the board is switched.

Meaning the current admin made a mistake taking it on, and he probably now wants shot it. Everyday I see that the forum is still on I count myself lucky...but it won&#39;t last. :(

Perhaps the forum hasn&#39;t changed, but rather you and your tastes have changed. It&#39;s not uncommon for a community to start to have a different feel, especially after a year. Fact is, you&#39;ve become more acquainted to your forum surroundings.

Back then, it is not as enchanting/profound. Conversations, and members were fresh & new. Now? it&#39;s just your normal every day routine.

My two cents, unless something more has occurred/happend that has brought this forum to shit.

I think to say that the forum hasn&#39;t changed and it&#39;s my son&#39;s tastes that have changed is a gross misjudgement on your part.

This forum has undergone some radical changes in my son&#39;s time here...Kazaa Lite dying, various fly-by night admin, changes in rules, changes in mods, etc.

It&#39;s just my son&#39;s opinion but to him it looks like the board has a none too bright future...which is sad because this board is all that keeps my son from cruising the gaybars... :(
