Pvr Software

I just ordered a Hauppage DEC 2000t ~ a set-top/pc freeview box and am looking for some (preferably) free software which will work as an epg and record the programs etc. does anyone use anything like this on their PC? any ideas of what i can use?

intervideo.....cyberlink....i have ausus to free with a g/fx card..
