I'm looking for some Indie/Lo-Fi music reccomendations! I've already stumbled upon (and loved) Neutral Milk Hotel and The Unicorns.
What are some other great bands?!

Grandadddyyyyyy!!!
I'd say start with 'Under the Western Freeway' or 'The Sophtware Slump'
and Sparklehorse
and Snow Patrol is good
and Clinic (get the Internal Wrangler cd. sooo good)
Negativland ;)
Super Furry Animals are great
Modest Mouse (but they're hardly Indie anymore, you should still have The Moon & Antarctica)
LIARS
Earlimart
Belle & Sebastian
Godspeed You Black Emperor! (though they're not really lo-fi, but you should check it out anyway)
and I'm sure you've heard The Flaming Lips...but you should check out their older stuff, it's the best. especially Clouds Taste Metallic & Transmissions From The Satellite Heart.
mmmm that's a good start :D
if you use an ed2k client, go to MusicMule.com
we've got links for the best cd's you've never heard of.
and you can browse my albums at me site:P
there's quicklinks there too.
/me is all exicted for you...you get to hear great stuff for the first time! :D

Another way is going to the chatroom in soulseek called "Indie" and searching people's files in there. You might find some neat stuff.

Those guys never share anything... unless I'm missing something.
Tell me how to get stuff from those guys!
