Quite a while back i read about a site, where you submit programing jobs and people took them on for money (ie. you set how much money you would pay for the programing job - and then paid the person who does the programming job)...
Does this site still exist as i read about it ages ago and didn't take down the internet address, i have many small prgrams that i would like to make (but don't have the time to learn C++, but would be willing to pay a reasonable ammount for)...
The article I read this in was in an old PC mag which mentioned that a lot of the programmers on the site were from developing countries where the money they got from programming for you while being a small ammount was quite substantial for them...
Anybody know of a site like this (I know 1 used to exist)?
