i hate getting up in the middle of the night - i usually try to hold it till i get up unless its like 2 in morning ..i&#39;ll hold on till bout 3 then give up

im also half blind when i get up cos i gotta turn the lights on .. i guess i could pee in the dark but then i dunno where im peeing...messy :blink: :ph34r:

Also: Don&#39;t eat foods that&#39;ll give you gas. Nothing worse than having your spouse wake you up ar 3 in the morning to inform you that not only did you fart in your sleep, but it stank like hell too. Usually at the top of his/her lungs.
