Half.com

It appears I was ripped of trying to buy a copy of Scarface on Half.com.

It also appears that half.com has stopped listing this seller.

I sent the seller an inquiry about this item, but received an unknown address return to sender email.

Is there any thing I can do?

I guess call my credit card company, and see what they have to say.

Does any have experience with getting ripped off on ebay or half.com? What is your recourse?

Seriously, I haven't been ripped off on ebay and I use it quite a lot (beachside-judas)
