umm for antivirus NOD32 is good. Spysweeper is good for spyware.

O&O Defrag for defragmenting...

WINace for ZIP, RAR, ACE, other compressed files.

WINAMP for music and movies.

Style XP allows you to add new themes to XP.

Torrentstorm to download torrent files.

Videolan to preview downloading files, and plays those hard to get going movies, jumps right through errors.

Nettransport is a great download manager.

Mozilla Firefox for broswer, mozilla thrderbird for email client.

Alcohol 120 can mount image files, burn them to cd, and create them. Great for copying games which have copyprotection.

motherboard monitor 5 for temp readings.

TweakUI for tweaking windows crap.

The reason for that is the exclamation mark in the path which IPB associates with dynamic images.
