I had to get it down to 120k for villagephoto to host it.
so I used virtual dub to reduce the framerate.
then I used ulead gif animator to reduce it to 32 colors and compress it slightly :D

if u got za then your problem is blocking anamation in the options because as it blocks adfs aswell most ads are anamation so this is stoped
had same problem ages ago

get Free Surfer (http://www.kolumbus.fi/eero.muhonen/FS/) wich is FREE and blocks popups,cleans your cache, and can diable animated gif&#39;s and flash animations.
