Today me, my dad, and my mom, were ripping the tiles out of my kitchen, and also ripping off the cement.

that was about an hour ago, i've since washed up. Now just about 5 minutes ago i blew my nose and all this grey stuff, looks like cement, came out :x

then after i realised what it was, i went to blow again and blood came out :x :x

then my nose bled for a few minutes.

What the hell is going on? Is this bad for me, or did blowing my nose get it out of my system?

Its cool, if you can go and get some water in your hands and try to sniff it up your nose to give it a rinse :)

You'll be ok. Use a mask next time.

You did blow out cement, ROSSCO; cement would irritate the lining of your nose, drying it out due to some astringent ingredients (lime, etc.).

No cause for alarm; as VB says, you'll be fine.

nose bleeds are generally nothing to worry about, unless you hit your head really hard, you can get nose bleeds when you walk into a warm room from the cold outdoors: your capillaries can shrink too quickly and rupture

ooh, i know lots of medicine stuff, i should be a doctor

Following the inhalation of cement, it is generally safe as long as the matter is discharged. However, if bleeding frm the nose occurs it means that the bloodstream has become infected. In this instance there is certainly a case of thrombosis but in the artery close to the brain resulting in death in less than 4 hours as it travels through the artery.
