ok i start the game and the audio is playing, when i play the game there is no voices or footprink sounds or weapon sound,no sounds from the monsters either.. but i can hear shit in the backround, is there supposed to be no sound or what ;), maybe its the crack

u know that screen that pops up when u start the game for the fist time? if i can find that im sure i can fix it, but there is no config icon, and they dont have the same audio config ingame that they did in th config window..

Do this:

- Check if your soundcard is compatible with the game.
- Update driver
- Update DirectX (DirectX 9.0)

If that does not help, try this:

Click START -> Run - type "dxdiag" and hit ENTER

Click on the sound task and set Hardware Sound Acceleration Level to "Standard Acceleration" or "Basic Acceleration"

;) My brother has this Game.I Played it.Its pretty cool but do not think it was worth ther $50 he payed.Not at all.

i'd recommend it if u like to be freaked out. it's really good. graphx are decent. dynamic shadows, all the works. check it out if u like to soil ur underware. i almost did

The only way I can get that window up is going to the
Start>All Programs dropdown>The Suffering>Setup, and you should see it there. ;)

{Edit} If that works try unticking the two options, that worked for me.

What was the size of the game when you downloaded it?Where&#39;d you get it from? And what does this mean?
