I understand the logic of Hard and Soft

Why is SorftWare Called..SoftWare?

when infact it should be called something like.....

Codeware
Virtual...

Hardware is called ``hard'' because, once it is built, it is relatively difficult to change... software; ``soft'' because it is relatively easy to change both the instructions in a particular program as well as which program is being executed by the hardware at any given time....maybe they should call it "filesharingtalkware"...because what i have read recently about all the security breeches...this board is pretty "soft" B)

It is called soft because it is the opposite of hard :P
