Two extensions I NEED (!!!) but not on there:
Show ALT attributes

I cant stand not seeing alt attributes and having to see that blasted popup whenever it cant find the page...

Tabbrowser Preferences 0.5.1 does not work, so far.
When I try to access the options for it, I get an XML Parsing error.

I miss Tabbrowser Extensions already.

I must say I wasn't too impressed with 0.9 :( I have switched back to 0.8 for the time being, too many extensions didn't work.

I had half a page of grey and red messages in the bottom half of the screen

Your favorites should still be in your old profiles folder unless you manually deleted it.

Check inside the folder at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles. Copy and paste "bookmarks.html" to the new profiles location at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox

I couldn't find tabbrowser preferences 0.5.4. Can you post a link?

thanks mate, thats what I meant.
Its typical, right after I post I go to the old extensions site and sees them all up again.

What Im now having issues with is copying text from websites...
Actually its only one website I tried doing it on, might it be some javascript they had to disable copying?

Bah seems to work fine on this forum :P

Look out Internet Explorer... your days have been numbered for some time now, but Firefox 1.0 will surely leave you shaking on your already shaky foundations and standing in a small warm puddle.

It seems Thunderbird 0.7 RC1 was released also. :D

Haven't noticed much change in T'Bird 0.7, perhaps I never got the bugs.

I used to like NSnotify when I was running Netscape 4, but that disappeared with Netscape 6 and Mozilla. I'd forgotten all about it but reading through the forum comments reminded me about it.

Anyone who liked that feature might like to try MailVerifier (http://www.mailutilities.com/mv/). Manual account configuration for Thunderbird users I'm afraid, although it does pick up the default mailer. Saves having your mailer running all the time, and it can be configured to start your mailer with a single click.

And Final :01: :

Thunderbird 0.7 is Mozilla's next generation e-mail client. Thunderbird makes emailing safer, faster and easier than ever before with the industry's best implementations of features such as intelligent spam filters, a built-in spell checker, extension support, and much more.

What's New:

Smaller and Faster
o The Windows Installer is now only a 5.9MB download. Significant performance improvements on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X!

New Themes and Extension Manager
o Provides a convenient and secure way to manage and update the many add-ons that set Thunderbird apart from other e-mail clients.

Crash Analysis Tools (Talkback)
o Help us help you! Integration with Mozilla Talkback allows users to submit crash reports which makes it easier for us to find Thunderbird top crashes.

* New user interface for viewing vCards.
* New Profile Manager which also supports running from a USB device.
* Color quoting for quoted message parts.
* Mac OS X fix for Thunderbird hanging when the computer comes out of sleep mode.
* Mac OS X: When there are no Thunderbird windows open, clicking on the system dock now opens the main mail window.
* Fix for an occassional hang when reading IMAP mail over SSL.
* Our LDAP support works against older version 2 LDAP servers again in addition to version 3.
* Thunderbird can handle mailto urls that contain raw spaces in the subject.
