Files Are Directly Downloaded In Temp Folder!

my files are directly downloaded in temp folder! some files ask for location but other files directly download in temperory folder.

then i have to move the files from the temp folder to desktop ;)

i am on winxp w/sp1 and internet explorer

i have noticed it that it happiens with files having zip as extension and all other extensions ask where to save it!

instead of just clicking the file, if you right click the file and choose "save as" then it will always give you the option of where you want to save it.
