First i hope this post is allowed.

I have looked around on google for a free host who will provide this for me:
75MB space
125MB bandwidth
cpanel
3 mysql db's
1 ftp
subdomain.

I havent been able to find one yet.
Could people recommend a place where i can get all that or how i could refine my search to fetch back more precise results.

thanks :)

To be truthful .. you will never find a decent free host.
Anyone you will find will be gone within a year and can never be relied upon.

Try seaching http://www.freewebspace.net

Freesites.Ws (http://www.freesites.ws) offers cPanel, MySQL, PHP and some others. I suggest you try it out. I was hosted with them before I got my domain name, they were awesome.

Nah, that's not true. You just gotta know where to look.

And, of course, it depends on what your site is about.
