Here they won't let you get a tattoo if you're drunk. At least, the reputable parlors won't.

;) Most Tattoo Parlors around here will not alowe that.It thins the blood and makes it hard to tattoo.

Signs in every Shop I have ever been to says "No Drunks allowed".Or something to that affect. :blink:
