i need help..

i got 8 movies wrth total of 5.29 gb.. but i have a dvd-r of 4.7 gb...

i don want to play it on any player ar anything but just wanto store it on the disc so how do i compress the movies <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>...[keeping the quality of sound & video & resolution] </span>

so how do i go about doin it ??

even if you cut the credits that won&#39;t be enough, you&#39;ll have to re encode at least one movie, maybe 2
virtualdub can do this
