Help With

I just got DSL and I got everything set up right but my modem wont stop flashing green on it and it is supposed to stay solid green and not blink which means it has found a dsl signal and everytime i try to connect to the internet i get this "Error: 678 Remote Computer Did Not Respond" and i have no idea how to fix these two problems any help would be appreciated ty :frusty:

what internet do u have ntl, bt, aol?

and the adsl light when its flashing it means its connecting, so u should check the wire that goes out to the net.
it wont be any thing on ur pc. (i dont think)

have you had a confirmation from your adsl service provider that you line is connected for dsl service and ready to go?

ring the isp you orginised the dsl connection with to solve connection issues like these

i just called the tech support today and the support tech checked to see if the dsl has been enabled and he said it was still not activated even though it was to be activated on friday the 18 grr :angry: ty for the help guys B)
